Where do we offer representation?
IRB (Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada): We guide members of the LGBTQIA+ community requesting protection in Canada. We will assist in preparing your file, for your hearing, and submitting sensitive documents.
HRTO (Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario): We represent individuals who have been victims of discrimination in contexts of work, housing, access to services, or any other area protected by the Ontario Human Rights Code.
LTB (Landlord and Tenant Board): In certain cases, we offer legal assistance for LGBTQ+ people facing harassment or unjust evictions from housing.
